Partner, Accounting & Advisory
Berkley has significant experience providing accounting, audit and business advisory services to privately-owned companies and their shareholders. Since joining PAND in 1997, he has served a wide variety of clients including businesses in the agriculture, heavy truck and auto dealer, engineering services, industrial distribution, and oilfield services industries. Berkley has assisted clients with purchase and sale transactions, internal control processes, due diligence reviews, financing matters, and corporate reorganizations. Berkley has also served as an interim CFO for a private company, after a business acquisition, until the client was able to find a suitable permanent candidate.
Prior to attending the University of Alberta, Berkley played junior hockey with the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League and college hockey in the Alberta Colleges Athletics Conference.
Berkley enjoys helping coach his sons’ hockey teams throughout the winter.
